Notes
- Make sure the egg is at room temperature before whisking with the sugar. This will help in achieving a light and fluffy texture for the cake batter.
- If you prefer a lighter texture, you can substitute oil with melted butter in the cake batter.
- Use ripe and sweet mangoes for the best flavor. You can adjust the sweetness of the milk cream by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
- Be careful not to overmix the cake batter to avoid a dense texture. Mix until the ingredients are just combined.
- While pouring the milk cream over the cake, ensure that the cake is still hot. This will allow the cream to soak into the cake and enhance the flavors.
- Allow the cake to cool completely and refrigerate it for a few hours before serving. This will help the flavors to meld together and make it easier to slice.
- You can decorate the cake with your choice of crushed nuts or additional mango pieces for added texture and visual appeal.
- Serve the Mango Cream Cake chilled and accompany it with the reserved milk cream for an extra creamy and indulgent experience.
