- Steel Rose Cookie Mold
Instructions
Make the batter:
- Whisk 1 egg with salt and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.1 pc Egg, ¼ tsp Salt, ¼ cup Sugar
- Stir in ½ cup milk and flour then mix well.¾ cup Milk, 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- Pour in ¼ cup of milk and mix until it is lump-free.
Fry the cookies:
- Now take deep wok or pan and fill it with oil for deep frying.
- Place this pan and oil over medium heat and let it heat.Cooking Oil
- Set the steel rose cookie mold in the hot oil, standing on its base.
- Allow the cookie mold to heat for 3 minutes then dip it in the prepared batter.
- Immediately dip the mold in the hot oil and let the batter on it to fry.
- The cookie is will leave the mold automatically when it gets firm and takes its shape.
- Remove the mold and continue frying the cookie until it is golden brown in color.
Serve:
- Prepare more cookies in a similar way using the remaining batter.
- Serve this crispy cookie.
