The rose cookies become an instant catch for the eyes when served at the tables. Looking at that perfect rose shape, it may look difficult to cook, but let me share a secret hack for frying these cookies in no time!

  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¾ cup Milk

Make the batter:

  • Whisk 1 egg with salt and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
    1 pc Egg, ¼ tsp Salt, ¼ cup Sugar
  • Stir in ½ cup milk and flour then mix well.
    ¾ cup Milk, 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • Pour in ¼ cup of milk and mix until it is lump-free.

Fry the cookies:

  • Now take deep wok or pan and fill it with oil for deep frying.
  • Place this pan and oil over medium heat and let it heat.

  • Set the steel rose cookie mold in the hot oil, standing on its base.
  • Allow the cookie mold to heat for 3 minutes then dip it in the prepared batter.
  • Immediately dip the mold in the hot oil and let the batter on it to fry.
  • The cookie is will leave the mold automatically when it gets firm and takes its shape.
  • Remove the mold and continue frying the cookie until it is golden brown in color.


  • Prepare more cookies in a similar way using the remaining batter.
  • Serve this crispy cookie.



  • Leave the deep-fried rose cookie on a plate lined with a paper towel, to absorb all the excess oil.
  • These rose cookies can be stored in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
